Waldoboro Green
Waldoboro Green is an entirely new six-bedroom house on Mill Street near Route One. It overlooks the town ball fields with views across to the Miller elementary school.

The Village Care Homes
Are six small residential care homes, each with six residents. Each home is near the village center so that seniors can stay involved in the community, and each is linked back to the central facility (Hodgdon Green) to gain the advantages of central management.
