Independence at Home

Given the choice, most people say they wish to remain in their own homes as they age.

Using a unique combination of family/volunteer/neighbor supports, trained personal care attendants and state-of- the-art technology, Lincoln County seniors are finding an affordable way to remain home even as their needs increase.

  • We start with a home visit to determine your personal safety and care needs, choices and wishes
  • We contact friends, family and neighbors and make a plan to cover your needs as well as the needs of your home
  • Night time monitoring is provided by our local collaborator, Full Circle America to ensure all your needs are met at all hours around the clock.
  • You are strongly encouraged to volunteer your services to peers who may also be enrolled in the IAH program or just beginning to consider enrolling.

Let us connect you...

  • To the resources you’ll need to stay independent at home
  • To our expanding pool of trained and talented local volunteers to provide a multitude of services from mowing to meal preparation, from driving to dog-walking etc.
  • We’ll make a plan and tailor it to meet all your individual needs and
  • You’ll be supported to volunteer your own special talents or resources to assist others
