RATES
Private pay

Daily rate: $140. This rate covers all expenses, including rental of the room or apartment, all utilities (except telephone and cable television), 3 meals and snacks, all personal care services, laundry and housekeeping, and transportation to medical appointments and planned group activities.


Subsidized rate

Many elders in our communities are eligible for MaineCare reimbursement for their care. In their cases, the state Department of Health and Human Services determines the amount to be paid based on the individual’s income. Residency is affordable even to those with the lowest income.
